Dave Brinda

Dave Brinda is a proud Lander native. After graduating with a degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1996, Dave returned to Lander where he has been a certified public accountant for the past 26 years. He was formerly a partner at the Lander-based CPA firm Fagnant, Lewis & Brinda, P.C. before his retirement in 2022.

During his career, he specialized in tax preparation and consulting for small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, individuals, and local governments. He also oversaw the firm’s expansive audit practice from 2010 through 2021.

Dave is a past president of the Wyoming Society of Certified Public Accountants, and former Treasurer for the Lander Kiwanis Club.
He is incredibly proud and supportive of his children: Ryan, a biology major at Yale University, and Katelyn, an incoming Business Administration major at the University of Utah. In Dave’s free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring all that Wyoming has to offer with his family and friends.
