Katie Peay

Born and raised in Riverton, Wyoming, Katie Peay earned her degree in History from Pacific Lutheran University with Honors in 2014. Her studies focused on European history and museum studies. During her time at college Katie also worked in the office of advancement managing relations with donors through the university's hourly call center to Alumni.
Katie is a recruiter for Cottonwood Resources, a small private recruiting firm specializing in the chemical, oil and gas, and mining industries. She focuses on connecting companies with the right candidates for hard-to-fill roles and remote locations—helping both businesses and professionals thrive in challenging environments.
Committed to community service, Katie has been an active member of the Riverton Rotary Club for the past six years, including one year serving as Club President. Outside of work, Katie is an avid reader, gardener, outdoor enthusiast, and history buff. She enjoys exploring Wyoming's wide-open spaces and spending time with her beloved Dalmatian.
